RICE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS.
- 2 cups of water (500 ml)
- 1 cup of rice (250 g)
- 1 cinnamon stick (5 g)
- 2 cups of milk (500 ml)
- 1/2 cup of condensed milk (140 g)
- 1 cup of heavy cream (240 g)
- 3 tablespoons of raisins (30 g)
-STEP 1 First, mix the rice pudding ingredients In a saucepan over low heat, then cook the water, the cinnamon stick and the rice for 15 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
-STEP 2 Second add the milk and stir constantly with a spoon.
-STEP 3 Add the condensed milk.
Third, Add condensed milk and keep stirring until the rice is soft and creamy.
-STEP 4 Mix the heavy cream.
Later, add the cream and cook without stopping stirring for 4 more minutes.
-STEP 5 Integrate the raisins. Finally, add the raisins and stir to integrate everything. Then turn off the heat and remove the pot.
-STEP 6 As soon as you finish, fill the individual molds with the mixture.
This is a recipe that you can serve hot or cold. Pour the mixture into 8 equal portions and to decorate you can sprinkle ground cinnamon on top.
